Bed linen supplied free. Outdoors : terrace with pergola (30 sq.m.), sets of garden furniture, barbecue. Extensive private grounds, parking. Owner has a 2nd gîte (for 10 people) 200m away, the two accommodations can be rented jointly for a gathering of family or friends. On the premises, owner's fruit farm (cherries, plums, grapes). Lyon 36 km (by A89 motorway).
