Enjoy relaxed holiday days in our cosy studio apartment directly by the sea in the idyllic holiday resort of Bibinje, just around 8 km south of the historic city of Zadar. The 21 m² large apartment offers space for 2 persons and features a bedroom with a double bed, a modern bathroom as well as a small but functional kitchen and dining area with electric cooker, refrigerator, freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and dining table for 2 persons.



From your 6 m² south-facing balcony, you can enjoy the dreamlike sea view and direct access to the Mediterranean garden of the house. Here, palm trees, lawns, outdoor shower, and barbecue area invite you to relaxing hours. Bed linen and towels are included, a shared washing machine can be used free of charge. Air conditioning is available (for a small additional fee).



The studio is located just a few steps from the well-maintained sandy and fine gravel beach – ideal for children and families. The town centre of Bibinje with restaurants, cafés, supermarket, pharmacy and doctor can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. A private parking space directly at the house is available to guests free of charge. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.



The environment offers numerous leisure activities such as swimming, snorkelling, diving, jet skiing, boat and bicycle rental, kayak or canoe tours, water sports, as well as excursions to national parks and cultural attractions in the region.
