We look forward to welcoming you to Bias, a small village on the Landes coast, just 7 km from the ocean and all kinds of water sports and activities. This holiday rental is located in a peaceful, wooded setting. Converted from an old barn, it has retained the charm of a brick building while offering modern comforts. This bright cottage, with its many French windows, is a cozy little nest for a couple's getaway any time of year. It comprises: a living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) opening onto a lounge area with a TV corner, 1 bedroom (1 queen-size bed), a bathroom with toilet. A wide range of appliances and audio equipment are provided: washing machine, dryer, flat-screen TV, and fiber optic Wi-Fi. A terrace with garden furniture, an electric grill, and a gas griddle is reserved for your use, as well as a large garden at the rear of the property (the owners' house is on the premises). For everyone's comfort, the cottage is non-smoking. For your convenience, towels and linens are provided. A baby cot is available upon request.
