Accommodation:
This large studio is composed on entering on the left of a toilet, a bathroom with sink/shower/hairdryer, a large living room dining room with a small open kitchen well equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, kettle, electric hob, Nespresso coffee machine, all the cutlery and utensils you will need.
Bedroom separated by a cladding with double bed (140/190cm), cupboard/wardrobe with sliding door.
Philips flat screen TV, transportable wifi box available.

Passenger access;
Guests have access to the entire accommodation!

The keys are given by a member of the team who is also present to answer your questions.

We offer a late arrival service on request (to be booked in advance):
-30€ between 8pm & 9pm.
-50€ between 9pm & 10pm.
€70 between 10pm & 11pm. No reception beyond that.
To be paid in cash or by cheque on arrival (against a receipt) or by bank transfer to the agency before your arrival.

Childcare equipment rental or extra fans: 50€ (for the entire duration of the stay)

We invite you to respect the time of the appointment you have set for us. Do not hesitate to arrive a little early on the set time. In case of delay in the check-in time initially agreed with you, our hostess will not be able to wait for you.
Another appointment time must be set and you will be charged 30€.

Fee of 50€ for an arrival on December 24 &, 31 after 6 p.m., and on December 25 & January 1 to be paid on arrival in cash or check (against a receipt).

In case of loss of the key to the accommodation during your stay, it is the lock of the door that must be changed. The cost of this action will be deducted from your deposit.

Regarding the end-of-stay cleaning & Laundry package included in your reservation:
We provide linen treated by a professional service, prepare the apartment for your comfort and arrival, and do the cleaning at the end of the stay.

Any trip that is not of an emergency nature will be charged to the tenant. This is to limit abusive travel. Do not hesitate to inquire.

Restaurants, bars, nightclubs, shops of all kinds, luxury boutiques, bakeries, pastry shops, crisscross the streets of this district.
5min walk also from the fishermen's port and the beach of the old port where you can find the Biarritz aquarium.

Ditch the car! And make way for walking or the free shuttle bus that goes around the city.
