Spread over two levels, the house includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a spacious 35 m² terrace. Ideally situated near the Beaurivage shops, the Biarritz Halles market, and La Côte des Basques, it’s the perfect base for a family getaway or a holiday with friends.

Ground floor:

The main entrance opens directly onto a large terrace.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a bright and inviting living space, with a stylish dining area, a fully equipped kitchen (with a window overlooking the pool – perfect for keeping an eye on the kids), and a cozy lounge with large bay windows.

A video projector allows you to enjoy home cinema nights in the living room.

Upstairs:

Three bright and tastefully decorated bedrooms (with 140 cm and 160 cm beds).

The master suite includes a private bathroom with bathtub, shower, and basin.

The two additional double bedrooms share a second bathroom with shower and toilet.

A safety gate is installed at the top of the stairs for young children.

Outside:

The wooden deck terrace is ideal at any time of the day – enjoy outdoor dining, aperitifs with friends, or a relaxing yoga session in the sun.
