HOUSING
The fully equipped kitchen will allow you to cook like at home, it is semi-open to the bright living room, which you can enjoy.

Three spacious and comfortable bedrooms with several storage spaces and bedside tables will accommodate your nights during your stay.
- The first has a double bed (140x200cm) and the other two have two single beds (90x190cm) in each.
- The two bathrooms are comfortable and refined, with a shower, a simple vanity unit, a heated towel rail and a separate WC.
In a secure residence, you will stay close to all the places of interest in the city, the beach as well as shops and restaurants.

PARKING
A secure parking space is provided, available in the residence.

SERVICES
Household linen (bedding and towels) and cleaning are included in the price, the beds will be freshly made upon your arrival.
A wifi connection is free and assigned to the apartment.

BAIL
A bank imprint of €400 will be requested as part of the rental. In the form of a payment link and managed by the online and secure service Swikly, it is mandatory and must be carried out before arrival in the accommodation. The amount is neither blocked nor debited and does not affect your credit card usage limits.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.

EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS
One of our receptionists will contact you the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time.
Arrivals are normally between 4pm and 8pm, although later arrivals are possible on request and at an additional cost.
- For arrival between 8pm and 10pm: 35 euros.
- For arrivals between 10pm and midnight: 65 euros.
- For arrivals after midnight: 100 euros.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Located in the Grande Plage district of Biarritz, in a cove, this beach is sheltered from the wind and waves. You can access a diving board directly from the rocks and have a breathtaking view of the entire beach from the Rocher de la Vierge. Surfing enthusiasts will be able to give themselves to their heart's content because the beach is surfable almost all year round and under exceptional conditions during the summer.
