🚗 Parking

The property does not include a parking space.
We recommend dropping off your luggage near the residence before parking your vehicle in a nearby public parking facility.

💳 Security Deposit

A €500 security deposit will be required for the rental.
This will be processed via a secure payment link through the online platform Swikly. This step is mandatory and must be completed before arrival.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged and does not affect your credit card limit. A service fee between €3 and €9 will apply.
Within 7 days after your departure, provided the apartment is returned in perfect condition and all terms have been respected, the pre-authorization will be automatically canceled.

It is strictly forbidden to leave trash bags in front of the apartment door or in the hallways. Dedicated disposal areas are available on the floor.
