Brilliant location

Had a lovely stay at the Brit Marbella. The location can’t be beaten, seconds from the beach and surrounded by lots of food and bars! Booked a balcony room but ended up getting a view of the back of the hotel instead of at the front where all the fun was happening which was a little disappointing. But the room itself was comfortable and clean. I would recommend wearing earplugs because we found we could hear the other guests in their rooms quite easily

Our stay was extremely disappointing. Staff called us 2 days before we were due to arrive demanding payment and threatening to cancel our stay if we didn't pay immediately over the phone despite having selected the pay at the property option. After giving our card details, the staff were extremely rude and suggested we did not have enough money in our accounts to pay for our stay. Eventually after many attempts they accepted our payment. Upon arrival, staff were extremely rude and unhelpful. We opened our room to discover a bucket collecting leaking water from the ceiling. Staff informed us there was nothing they could do when we brought the issue to them, claiming it was condensation due to the hot weather. The room itself was in poor condition and there was only one wall socket. Would not recommend.

Vi bodde pÄ detta hotell 2019, och var dÄ nöjda. ToppenlÀge i Biarritz, nÀra till restauranger, surf & bad. MEN, nu nÀr vi bodde dÀr igen sÄ var det tyvÀrr en försÀmring. StÀdningen Àr under all kritik, tex sÄ var det alltid sand kvar pÄ golvet nÀr vi kom hem, duschvÀggen putsades inte en enda gÄng under vÄra 6 nÀtter, vi fick in myror i rummet frÄn terrassen och kommoden rengjordes inte (dem flyttade inte pÄ en enda grej för att rengöra kommoden, vilket kÀndes halvfrÀscht). PÄ detta, sÄ slutade vÄr ac att funka nÀr de varmaste dagarna kom. Deras ursÀkt var att ac:n bara klarar att kyla ner nÀr det Àr en viss vÀrme, men det var kallt i korridorerna, vilket kÀndes mÀrkligt. SÄ ingen lösning frÄn deras sida utan bara ursÀkt att det var pga vÀrmen ute.. Halvkul att sova i ett 27 gradigt rum.. allt som allt, sÄ hade jag absolut kunna bo dÀr igen, men absolut inte för den summan de tar för rummen, dÄ ska det vara en högre standard.

HĂŽtel trĂšs bien placĂ©. Cependant plusieurs points nĂ©gatifs : 1/ en arrivant Ă  l’hĂŽtel l’hĂŽtesse d’accueil nous a pas du tout prĂ©venu que le climatiseur ne fonctionnait pas jusqu’au moment de l’installation. MĂȘme en nous proposons un ventilateur, il faisait tout de mĂȘme trĂšs chaud. Elle nous a Ă©galement conseillĂ© de laisser les fenĂȘtres ouvertes, comment vous expliquer qu’avec le bruit des voitures, des passants on entendait tout ? DeuxiĂšme journĂ©e, on a changĂ© de chambre, dans laquelle le climatiseur fonctionnait Ă©videmment mais impossible de changer la tempĂ©rature ni de changer de programme. Dormir avec une clim Ă  26 degrĂ©s en Ă©tĂ© ....... il y a Ă©videment plusieurs autres Brit hotel qui valent le coup. 3/ chambres pas du tout spacieuses comparĂ©es Ă  des 3 Ă©toiles (je dors plus de 150 nuits Ă  l’hĂŽtel, tout au long de l’annĂ©e). Hotels.com ont Ă©tĂ© rĂ©actifs et force de proposition en nous proposons de changer d’hĂŽtel, mais tout Ă©tĂ© complet en cette pĂ©riode. SĂ©jour trĂšs correct.
