For added convenience, a washing machine and dryer are available in the small courtyard, accessible through a glass door.
- Living room: a bright and welcoming space, perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or sightseeing.
- Bedroom 1 (master, terracotta): large double bed (160x200), large wardrobe, and chest of drawers.
- Bedroom 2 (khaki): double bed (140x200), two wardrobes with hanging space, glass door opening onto a small balcony.

- Bedroom 4 (almond green): large double bed (160x200) with wardrobe, overlooking the schoolyard—very quiet during the summer holidays.

🚗 Parking
One free parking space is available in a private garage on the property (maximum height: 1.80 m).

The ocean is at the end of the street, offering stunning views of the Côte des Basques, the beaches of Bidart, and the entire Spanish coast. Shops are just a 3-minute walk away, including bakery, cafés, butcher, small supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, and a greengrocer.
💳 Security deposit
A €2,000 security deposit will be required for the rental, managed via a secure Swikly link and must be completed before arrival. The amount is neither blocked nor charged. Service fees: €3–€9. Within 7 days after departure, and provided the property is returned in perfect condition, the pre-authorization will be automatically canceled.
