The vintage wooden furniture in the bathroom adds charm and character.The third suite includes two single beds and an Italian-style walk-in shower illuminated by a skylight. It also benefits from a dressing area and generous storage space — ideal for children or teenagers.

You are just a few minutes from the iconic Côte des Basques, one of the most beautiful viewpoints in Biarritz, and within immediate proximity to the beach for your surf sessions. The lively Halles district is only a 5-minute walk away.Located in the charming Bibi Beaurivage neighborhood, you’ll find local restaurants, bars, and nearby shops — the true art of living in Biarritz.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD

ALOE is set in a pleasant, family-friendly area of Biarritz, directly opposite a small kindergarten. It lies between Parc Mazon, with its children’s playground and traditional Basque fronton court, and the Spain district with its local shops.Les Halles are approximately a 5-minute walk away, the Côte des Basques beach is 7 minutes on foot, and Rue d’Espagne — with its pharmacy, butcher, restaurants, bars, and small neighborhood supermarket — is also just 7 minutes away. Décevant

Depuis quatre ou cinq ans, nous venons une à deux fois par an à Biarritz. Nous avons systématiquement ou presque réservé via votre agence. Si le contact avec votre équipe demeure très agréable et efficace, nous avons été déçu par l'objet loué. Comme dit précédemment : - plusieurs linges étaient sales (tâches jaunes) ; - la literie du lit d'une des chambre présentait des tâches rouges ; - les couverts et les casseroles étaient sales ; - l'électroménager était de petite qualité ; - la cuisine était mal équipée (par exemple un seul couteau tranchant) ; - aucune denrée périssable à part du thé (pas de sel, ni d'huile) ; - un seul sac poubelle de réserve (pas de la dimension de la poubelle) ; - éponges sales. Je me permets encore de vous dire - je l'ai déjà fait par le passé - que je trouve excessif de facturer EUR 25.- pour la location d'une chaise enfant alors que celle-ci coûte moins de EUR 20.- à l'achat... Nonobstant ce qui précède, je remercie votre équipe pour sa disponibilité, sa réactivité et sa bonne humeur. Merci également de nous avoir permis d'accéder au logement dans la matinée. Avec mes meilleurs messages
