Welcome to this beautiful 70 m² apartment, designed to offer you a comfortable, peaceful, and welcoming stay just outside Paris. Completely renovated in a warm and contemporary style, it can accommodate up to 6 guests and is an ideal base for enjoying the capital while staying in a tranquil environment.

Bright and inviting, the apartment is centered around a lovely living room opening onto a charming balcony, perfect for a morning coffee or relaxing at the end of the day.
The living room is equipped with a television and two sofa beds (one person each).

The modern and fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need: oven, AirFryer, Nespresso machine, washing machine, and much more.

For sleeping, you will find two comfortable bedrooms, each with a double bed. A bathroom with a bathtub and toilet completes the apartment.

For your comfort, you'll benefit from a high-speed fiber optic connection, secure private parking (a real plus in the Paris region), and everything you need for a relaxing stay: bed linens, towels, storage, and essential toiletries.

Located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, the apartment is within easy reach of public transportation, allowing you to get to Paris quickly and easily.

Located in a modern and peaceful residential area of ​​Bezons, just 10 km from Paris, this location offers a pleasant living environment with recent infrastructure and immediate proximity to public transport, facilitating quick access to La Défense and the center of the capital.

Located just a few minutes' walk from Pont de Bezons station, the apartment enjoys direct access to the T2 tram line, providing access to La Défense in approximately 12 minutes. From there, connections to Metro 1 and RER A provide a quick connection to central Paris. In addition, several bus lines serve the area, facilitating travel to neighboring towns and business parks.

There is currently some work in the area and in front of the building which may cause noise pollution.
Early check-in & late check-out :
For any check-in before 4:00 PM or check-out after 10:00 AM, an extra fee of €10 per hour will be charged, subject to availability.
