I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my visit. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, especially the bed. I also appreciated the quiet atmosphere at night, which made it easy to relax. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The AC is so hard to operate and didn’t work at all. We are there during the heatwave on July 11. Diana is great accommodating us but the male person replaced her it was terrible. We told him AC is not working but we have to go. The AC was not checked at all. The location is nice but not in Paris. You will spent traveling to and from the hotel to Paris. The room and bathroom is bigger than usual Paris hotel but lacking kettle. I wont retun to this hotel.

Breakfast was just ok, lacking of vegetables and fruits. Room is cleaned but all bed sheets only change when requested. Room is just bed and one small table, nothing else (no cups, no fridge, no safety box, no coffees in room…) everything you need have to come down to the lobby.

It was a lovely stay. Very convenient for commuting. The room was clean, comfortable bed and friendly staff. We can’t worked out the AC. There were some nights we need to open the window causing to hear the traffic noice. Otherwise, we loved it. We will choice to stay to Ibis Benzons again if we go back in the area.
