L'appartement était fonctionnel et très propre J'ai pris mon yorkshire avec et cela n'a posé aucun problème. Madame Neveux, la propriétaire, est très à l'écoute et crée le lien naturellement, ce qui est très appréciable. Elle garde le contact durant tout le séjour si besoin par le biais du téléphone, ce qui est également sécurisant.

Séjour parfait

Nous avons loué une semaine au mois de septembre. Premier point à souligner est l'accueil de Mme NEVEU, propriétaire : beaucoup de gentillesse et de conseils pour découvrir le coin. L'annonce correspond en tout point à la location. Le studio est petit mais parfaitement équipé et largement suffisant pour un couple. L'ensemble est très propre, on voit que le bien est entretenu. Le studio est dans un ensemble immobilier sécurisé et très calme malgré le nombre de logement. Son emplacement est idéal : la voiture ne sert à rien, tout est accessible à pieds (première plage à 5 minutes), le petit plus étant que le chemin se fait principalement en accès piéton donc en sécurité. J'ai beaucoup apprécié de pouvoir longer les différentes plages via un chemin exclusivement piéton. La ville d'Agde est très jolie, très nature, avec de belles criques à voir. Sur les conseils de la propriétaire, nous avons testé le restaurant les Deux Frères dont le rapport qualité-prix est attractif. Bref, un séjour parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Séjour de rêve

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. Le logement est très bien situé et à tout ce dont on a besoin. L'accès à la mer est très proche et nous pouvons nous déplacer à pieds pour rejoindre le port et les commerces. Le propriétaire est très très gentille, très réactive. Nous conseillons vivement ce logement et le coin est magnifique.
