Our house is a SIMPLE, well-maintained, and cozy SPACE. Ideal for those seeking tranquility and family peace in Bezerros, behind the Bairro Novo neighborhood. The property is functional. Used by small groups who need a quiet place to rest after a day of work or sightseeing in the region. During this period after the June festivities, many parties, rodeos, events, and shows take place in this region, all reported by the media and the internet. The house has three bedrooms of modest size. The first with a double bed and the other two with single beds. At the end of the house, there is another larger room with hammock hooks for resting, chatting, or reading. The house has eight hammock hooks. The front yard accommodates a vehicle up to 5.0 m in length. (A second car would be in another yard next door, both under the civil responsibility of their owners). The gourmet area has a bathroom (without shower), sink, dishwasher counter, table, TV, and cabinet for storing belongings. Here, the temperature at night, from May to September, historically varies between 18 and 21 degrees Celsius. During the rest of the year, it is always 21 degrees Celsius. The house does not have a suite. The first guest bathroom is complete, and the second (without a shower) is integrated into the gourmet area. The kitchen is compact, with a mini-fridge, equipped for meal preparation, including a stove, pots, pans, cutlery, plates, glasses, cups, and various accessories offered for your comfort. The house is located 9 km from Serra Negra and 20 minutes from Gravatá and Caruaru; Sairé is 10 minutes away and Bonito is 47 km away. It's a region with cultural markets, gastronomy, shows, events (Motorfest, Pernambuco meu País, Virtuosi, etc.), rodeos, various parks, regional fairs, and what is considered "the best São João festival in the world." In short, most of those who seek us out are looking for this equidistance to the best that this region has to offer. including Sulanca, Caruaru's Fair and Fashion Center, and Toritama's. We are offering a special price while the city hall finishes paving the area and cleaning the vacant lots. Even so, all types of cars go up and down the streets. Guests can use the entire house except for one external (closed) room where we keep tools, personal belongings, etc. etc.
