The Space:

Step inside Obsidian Shores and discover a thoughtfully designed layout perfect for relaxation and gathering. The Primary Bedroom (main level) features a luxurious king-size bed, offering a serene retreat with ample space. The Primary Bathroom, adjacent to the Primary Bedroom, provides a spa-like experience. Two additional Guest Bedrooms (located on the second level), each with a king-size bed, offer comfortable accommodations for family or friends. These rooms share a Jack-n-Jill Bathroom, designed for convenience. A Half Bathroom, on the main level, is also available for guests. The Sleeper Sofa in the shared space on the second level provides additional sleeping options. The heart of the home is the open-concept living area, seamlessly connecting the fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and living room. Enjoy preparing meals with modern appliances and dining at the large table. The living room invites relaxation with comfortable seating and entertainment options. Step outside onto the patio to enjoy the fresh air and stunning views. The property also features a private waterfront with beach access, a BBQ grill, and a fire pit, providing the perfect setting for outdoor enjoyment.



**Please note that the property does not have a dock or mooring ball. Waterfront amenities include firepit and private beach frontage.

Getting Around:

Navigating to Obsidian Shores: The property offers free on-site parking for guests. If you're flying in, the Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) in Traverse City is the nearest airport, about a 45-minute drive. While public transport is not readily available, ride-sharing services and taxis are accessible from the airport and can be used to get around. Renting a car is recommended to fully experience the beauty of Crystal Lake and the surrounding areas, including local shops, restaurants, and attractions. Consider planning your itinerary ahead to make the most of your stay.



Other Things to Note:

Please take note of the following important details to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay at Obsidian Shores.



-Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is at 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to these times to allow our cleaning team to prepare the house for the next guests.

-Free on-site parking is available for your convenience. Please note that the detached upper garage is not available for guest use.

-Obsidian Shores is a non-pet-friendly property.

-We also kindly request that guests maintain quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

-For the safety and comfort of all guests, all occupants must be at least 25 years old unless accompanied by a parent or guardian.

-A damage waiver fee is required by Golden Swan for each stay. For this property, the fee is $79 and provides our guests with accidental damage coverage up to $1000. If the amount of damage exceeds this, or if the damage is found to have occurred with malicious intent, Golden Swan retains the right to seek damages beyond that amount.

-High chair and pack n play available upon request for an additional fee.

-There is a non-refundable credit card processing fee applied to all reservations.

-If the reservation is 14 days or longer there will be a required mid-stay clean. This is also available upon request for a shorter length of stay.
