The 35 m² maisonette apartment is located in Betzenstein, Franconian Switzerland, and welcomes up to 2 guests in a quiet, idyllic setting between meadows, fields, and forest. In the approximately 20 m² living area under the roof, you will find a bedroom with sleeping area, dining corner, kitchen, and storage space. For your comfort, a private TV and self check-in are available. On the ground floor, there is the entrance area and a large bathroom. From here, a steep staircase leads to the living area.

In Betzenstein, you will also find a heated outdoor pool, a large climbing park, interesting circular hiking trails, and impressive rock formations. The accommodation is located in Leupoldstein, a district of Betzenstein, in a cul-de-sac outside the village. The smallest town in Franconia is 2 km away; there you will find a grocery store with bakery, a vegetable shop, a butcher, and a gas station with a small bistro. Two restaurants serve Franconian specialties.
