A clean and comfortable hotel in the center of town. Valquíria at the reception desk was amazing and gave us a perfect room with a huge colorful sunset from our window each evening.

Na descrição da reserva dizia que havia estacionamento gratuito. Quando cheguei, o estacionamento era em outro lugar, na mesma rua e sem controle nenhum de acesso. Estava lotado e tinha outros hóspedes tentando parar em algum local que não atrapalhassem os demais, de forma totalmente desordenada. Fui até a recepção e questionei como poderia parar o carro e me falaram para deixar na rua, em frente a delegacia que não teria problemas e foi o que fiz. Na manhã seguinte, me ligam no quarto pedindo para que o carro fosse retirado do local, se não seria guinchado.

O quarto em condições razoáveis. A equipe foi gentil. Mas o acesso ao hotel estava bloqueado por veículos estacionados na guia rebaixada. Como eu tinha uma pessoa com deficiência, foi difícil a locomoção. Outra coisa ruim é o acesso à garagem, que fica distante do hotel, havendo necessidade de caminhar quase 01 quadra. Pelo preço cobrado, essas dificuldades não deveriam existir.

O estacionamento fica fora do hotel;cerca de 50 metros;além de não ter nenhum SEGURANÇA no local. A TV é arcaica e não disponibiliza muitos canais,além de não acesso à internet. A cama é confortável,mas o quarto pequeno,e tem apenas um criado mudo.O banheiro é satisfatório.O café da manhã é Bom,porém,o cappuccino é águado;e não há boa reposição de alimentos.Ou seja,se chegar em cima da hora,não vai achar boa variedade.Outra coisa:JÁ estivemos em vários hotéis,e em todos o horário do café é das 06 às 10(de segunda a sexta),sábados domingos e feriados das 06 às 10:30.No Abbas é das 06:30 às 09:00.Ou seja,horrível!

A única coisa boa foi o atendimento da recepcionista Fabiana - e apenas dela. O hotel é velho, mal cuidado, o quarto não estava limpo. Saímos para jantar e, na volta, sequer olharam para quem estava entrando, ou seja, também sem segurança. Tudo bem diferente dos comentários e fotos disponibilizados.

Hotel antigo, com muitos detalhes. Banheiro sujo, torneira pingando evidenciando falta de manutenção basica e onde se via falta de uma boa limpeza por parte do hotel. Roupas de cama sujas, manchadas. O quarto nao tinha janela, dava pro fundo onde ficavam as maquinas de ar condicionado. As janelas todas sujas. O refeitório ruim, abafado e com um cafe da manhã muito ruim. Enfim, nao recomendo este hotel.
