We had a leak from the ceiling into our room that dripped into my companion’s suitcase and on electronic devise during the middle of the night. No one was at the desk and nobody answered the phone at the desk where it said to dial for an employee. We left a note. Still nobody contacted us. We moved our stuff away from the leak and put a trash can there. We went back to the desk at breakfast and let them know. She said she would talk to someone and get in touch with us. We were gone most of the day and in some places that did not have a signal. When we returned they had removed the trash cans but left the mess all on the floor. We had also put down towels which they did not replace. So I asked the girl upon checkout if there was some compensation we could get for a sleepless night. The girl said it was through a third party (Expedia) and I would have to talk to Expedia. She had an attitude also saying she tried to call but got no answer. Yes, no reception in some places. She was not professional- young girl with attitude!

Hotel felt tired and understaffed. Our room was not cleaned or serviced between nights one and two. The indoor pool area had a noticeable odor. Overall felt like an economy hotel at a luxury price (over $500 / night with fees for a suite.)

When I booked, I was told there would be a pull out couch in the room in order to sleep 5 people. In reality, I had to request a dirty, worn out cot for my son to sleep on. It had sharp metal edges and was not at all comfortable for him.

Property was definitely clean and maintained. The photos for this property need to be updated, photos show a bar, fine food for dinner, and continental breakfast. Discription was deceiving as well. No Bar, No Dinner, and the continental breakfast was sub par for the price paid. We went out for breakfast the 3 days we were there. If you are looking to be centralized location that is the highlight. The floors clicked loudly when walking, i could hear the upstairs room as if we lived in a duplex. The cleaning staff vacuuming sounded like it was coming through the walls. If in the area again i would look elsewhere to stay.
