Great business trip hotel, close to metro

Great front desk service, comfortable bed, and close to metro station. Can get to DC easily. A lot of dining options close by (especially by car). A good option for a business or personal trip. The hotel was a good venue for a conference. When navigating, it was a bit confusing to find the main entrance and exit to the metro (would be beneficial to have more signs in and around the hotel). Felt stressed with the parking fee policy but was able to not be charged in the end by speaking to the parking attendant.

Great hotel and great staff. The only complaints are: 1) while the coffee shop has a couple of options, the restaurant is closed for lunch, and there aren't any decent options nearby for someone who has a quick window. 2) The coffee shop's espresso machine was out of order for all four days... this is not difficult to get fixed if you care to fix.

No windows in the hotel room. It was a ghotly feeling when I was sleeping but this is totslly my personal feeling. I booked for 4 nights and stayed two nights and asked to refund 2 nights stay snd it was denied. Few occasions lift was not going to lobby as button inside the lift was not working.

Bad Experience due to Poor Management

I will not be staying at this hotel again. The ac in our room was broken and we were not made aware until it was time to book. There was also on going maintenance during our entire trip.
