Located in a quiet,peacful setting,surrouned by trees. This house is newly constructed, with heated ceramic floors, gas fireplace, modern big kitchen with an open floor plan. Located 10 minutes from Sunday River amenities, and within 5 minutes from the town of Bethel, you will feel completely removed from the bustle, but its close when you are ready. We have recently installed an EV charger (level 2), and hot tub to warm you up after a day on the mountain.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, which features a fireplace and a Smart TV. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a microwave. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a coffee/tea maker and a washing machine.
