THINGS TO KNOW
2026 Sea Colony Recreational Association Fees are paid on-site per person, per week, required for all guests 4 and older. Parking passes are included with the purchase of amenity passes. 1 free parking pass with the purchase of 1-2 passes, and 2 parking passes included with the purchase of 3 or more passes.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
