The villa sleeps up to 11 guests across three bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, and a gallery with three single beds. Granite floors run throughout the ground floor. Floor-to-ceiling windows fill every room with light and bring the forest inside. Two bedrooms open directly onto the balcony. For cooler evenings, underfloor heating and a working fireplace keep the villa warm and atmospheric.



The wellness bathroom features a rain shower and freestanding bathtub. A second WC is on the ground floor.



Outside, the villa reveals its full scale: a large fenced garden with three private terraces and multiple dining and lounge areas under the pines. The kitchen terrace connects seamlessly to the garden — ideal for group dinners around the charcoal barbecue. Everything for longer stays is here: a fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops, dedicated coffee station, washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi for video calls, and a dedicated workspace.
