The beach villa offers both togetherness and privacy: everyone is together, yet each guest has their own retreat. The separate apartment provides comfortable accommodation for teenagers, grandparents, or caregivers, while the main villa offers spacious living for the rest of the group. The apartment features its own bathroom with shower, a separate kitchen, and a private washing machine for maximum independence. Perfect for families, multi-generational stays, or group trips.



In Bestensee, you’ll find a spacious villa for up to 14 guests. There are 4 bedrooms, each with a comfortable 180-cm king-size bed and a private wardrobe, two with direct access to the balcony. The main house boasts a large wellness bathroom with walk-in rain shower, freestanding bathtub, toilet, and bidet—a place to relax after a long day. There’s also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. Amenities include a fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating, TV, washing machine, dryer, and a workspace.



Floor-to-ceiling windows in every room let in plenty of daylight and create a special connection to nature—even indoors. From the wraparound terrace, you can step outside from any room and enjoy the peace of the surrounding pine forest.
