Frosthaven Unit 2-Hot Tub and Sauna

This snug retreat is roomy and oh-so-inviting, boasting two large back decks, a private sauna, and an outdoor hot tub. Nestled at the base of Big Powderhorn Mountain, you're just a hop, skip, and a jump from outdoor wonders like Lake Superior, ski slopes, ATV/snowmobile trails, hiking paths, and more! Make Frosthaven your cozy nook while soaking up the Upper Peninsula magic.



The Space:

Welcome to Frosthaven! As you enter, you'll be greeted by a large open space that includes the dining room, full kitchen, and living room. Sliding glass doors from the living room lead to the upper back deck, where a propane grill and grilling tools await. Conveniently, a full bathroom is located near the dining room. Just inside the front door, stairs lead down to the lower level, where you'll find another full bathroom, an electric sauna, and several bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a full bed, while the second features a full bed and a sliding glass door that opens onto the lower back deck. The final bedroom offers a queen bed and also has a sliding glass door leading to the back deck. On the lower back deck, you can enjoy the outdoor hot tub and take in the stunning views of the surrounding woods.



Guest Access:

Guests will access unit 2 through a private entrance using a keypad lock. There is on-site parking with room for two vehicles and possibly more depending on size.



The Neighborhood:

Frosthaven is located in the Powderhorn Village at the base of the Big Powderhorn Mountain. It is easy to go between the lifts and the home, or to go into town or on an outdoor adventure!



Getting Around:

This beautiful home is located just a quick walk from the Powderhorn ski lifts in the Powderhorn Village, but it's just far enough away to give you a sense of privacy and remoteness. Most of the neighboring homes are also rentals, but there are a few locals who live in the neighborhood.



Other Things to Note:

Frosthaven is a part of the Superior Getaways family and each reservation comes with a damage protection plan that covers any and all damage that may occur during your stay. Enjoy peace of mind on your vacation, without emptying your pockets for security deposits!



Frosthaven does not allow pets due to a severe homeowner allergy. Any unauthorized pets will result in a $350 fee. If unauthorized pets are brought to our attention during a guests stay it will result in a $350 fee as well as immediate termination of the remainder of the stay.



This home does not have air conditioning.



Interaction with Guests:

Frosthaven is managed by Longhini Property Management and is a part of the Superior Getaways family. LPM is on call 24-hours during reservations and normal business hours before and after stays. LPM's contact information is located inside the home.
