Discover this 4-bedroom Provençal villa, ideally located in the heart of the Var region. Featuring a large, bright living room, a modern, fully equipped kitchen, and two bathrooms, this property is perfect for a family looking to combine comfort and relaxation. The communal living area comprises a fully equipped kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, American-style refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, and toaster. Dishes, cutlery, cooking utensils, and condiments are included. The kitchen area opens onto a dining area with a table for 8 people, as well as a spacious living room with a TV and two large sofas. A first toilet is located just inside the entrance to this living area. On the sleeping side, 4 spacious bedrooms with double beds are available. The master bedroom has a 160*200 cm bed with two sliding wardrobes, as well as a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, storage space, and a washing machine. The three other bedrooms have a 140*190 cm bed and Storage cupboards (one wardrobe and two sliding cupboards). A second bathroom with toilet and walk-in shower serves these three bedrooms.
