Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au pieds du puy de Sancy. L' appartement est bien situé et correspond au descriptif de l'annonce. Appartement très bien équipé et calme. Nous tenons tout de même à signaler que la propreté n'était pas au rdv , le service de conciergerie n'ayant pas changé les alèses des lits, nous avons dû dormir avec des alèses tachées. Le remplacement de celle-ci nous a été proposé par le propriétaire le lendemain midi de notre arrivée. Ce qui était bien évidemment un peu tard puisque nous avons dû dormir la première nuit sur les alèses sales. Les sols n'avaient pas été lavés, nous avons retrouvé mouchoirs et cotons usagés dans la chambre. Aucun remboursement des draps ne nous a été proposé par le propriétaire, uniquement une réduction sur un prochain séjour dans l'appartement...

Site agréable. Dommage qu'à cette période, tous les commerçants soient fermés à SUPER BESSE et que nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine durant la semaine.

Remarque

Juste une petite remarque, qui n'enlève rien à la qualité du séjour : l'eau chaude est vraiment bouillante, et un enfant pourrait s'y bruler. Peut-être qu'un réglage du ballon suffira. Pour le reste tout est très bien.

Première vacance en amoureux

Nous avons pu réaliser pour la première fois nos vacances en amoureux, ce fut magique dans ce décors d'Auvergne fabuleux. Un jolie petit appartement avec une terrasse pour prendre le petit déjeuné et entendre le son des cloches autour du cou des vaches d'Auvergne. Une résidence très bien situé au pied des pistes de ski qui sont magnifique même en été. Un lac a quelques pas de la résidence très bien aménagé avec des restaurants a faire tomber par terre. Beaucoup de choses à visiter que ce soit pour les personnes qui n'aime pas trop la randonnée comme nous mais qui aime la nature mais aussi un très beau lieu pour ceux qui adore les randonnées. :) Nous avons eu très facile a trouver la résidence et a y entrer. Beaucoup de chose été a disposition au sein du logement qui ont été fort agréable (machine a café, vaisselle, machine a raclette, rallonge électrique, flyer pour découvrir toutes les activités des environs, jeu de société, etc etc. les propriétaires ont été très avenant et fort sympathique. Je recommande a 100%
