⭐living room =1 BZ for 2 beds (140 X 190), 1 sofa, FREE television, FREE DVD player, board games. WIFI in the apartment.

⭐ small loggia with a table and two chairs

⭐Not provided = bed linen and towels (ask for rates if necessary)

⭐What is provided during your stay=* duvets and pillows

* hand and dish towel kit, cleaning cloth
* bath mat
* small grocery store (salt, pepper, vinegar, oil, sugar, coffee, tea....)
* cleaning products (dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bag, disinfectant, toilet paper...)

ALL TO START YOUR STAY OFF RIGHT, PLEASE THEN ADD ACCORDING TO THE LENGTH OF YOUR STAY AND YOUR PERSONAL NEEDS.

⭐DOGGIE SIDE: Dogs are allowed if clean and well-behaved.= Please pay attention to the sofas, bed and carpet in the room on the hair🐶 side

⭐CLEANING SIDE: we do not take any cleaning fees, leaving it to you to leave the apartment clean and in the same condition as when you arrived. We simply ask you to please Respect our apartment as you wanted to find it when you arrived.

⭐ BREAKAGE: breakage can happen, we prefer civility to ignorance. Please report any breakage to us.

⭐ SCHEDULE SIDE: arrival from 3pm and departure by 11am. Please respect the schedules, however the schedules are flexible and at your request we can see if your departure or arrival can be adjusted.
