Annonce mensongère sur le nombre de chambres, de salle de bains utilisables et sur le parking

Annonce mensongère sur : - le nombre de chambres : 2 au lieu de 3 - le nombre de salle de bains : 1 seule utilisable sur les 2 car absence de paroi (ou rideau) à la douche donnant dans la 2ème chambre + gros trous dans le placo carrelé de la douche - la place de parking : pas de parking privatif. La propriétaire considère que le parking payant du magasin casino au bout de la rue constitue le parking de l’appartement ! - appartement lumineux : sûrement si on avait pu ouvrir les stores extrêmement vétustes des fenêtres de la salle à manger et du salon Cet appartement pourrait être très agréable s’il était mieux fini (trous dans le plafond de la cuisine, plus de tige au robinet de l’évier de la cuisine, carreau mural tombé dans la grande salle de bain, lave linge présent mais inutilisable car hublot au sol...). C’est dommage car l’appartement a du potentiel mais est trop cher au vu des manquements décrits ci-dessus.
