The apartment is located on the 2nd floor, right next to the Sonnalm lift, in an absolutely prime ski-in/ski-out location in the ski resort of Berwang. The apartment is approximately 91 m² in size and features two balconies. The apartment faces east and south and offers a magnificent view of the Tyrolean mountains.<br>This newly built, exclusive apartment is furnished in a modern Alpine style. Natural and regional materials were used wherever possible during construction. The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms (some en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining area. The highlight of the apartment is the wellness bathroom with its own Finnish sauna.<br>
