Condo Costa del Sol - Guaratuba Beach. Great townhouse with pool, located 150 meters from the beach. Accommodations for up to 14 people. There are 4 suites, 1 suite and 1 bathroom on the bottom. It has 4 double beds and 2 bunk beds and 2 single beds. At the bottom there 2 living rooms, toilet, kitchen with stove, 2 refrigerators, microwave, freezer and all utensils. It has a covered BBQ area, wood stove, oven pizza garage for 7 cars, garden, swimming pool with waterfall. I also have the same condo a house for 14 people with 4 bedrooms and three bedrooms, swimming pool 50 meters from the beach.

Foi apenas um final de semana mas foi muito bom. Casa boa com todos utensílios de cozinha, bons quartos, sala e área de churrasqueira aconchegantes.Nada luxuoso e muito novo, mas atendeu nossas expectativas.Ótimo custo/benefício. O Anfitrião Sr. Francisco muito boa pessoa que vale um papo para escutar as histórias dele. Nos divertimos muito. O Local eu já conhecia e digo que é um condomínio muito bom. Praia bem perto e pouco movimentada, sem quiosques e sem infraestrutura. Bom levar a própria cerveja e petiscos. Na casa tínhamos cadeiras e guarda sóis suficiente.

Foi uma semana de muita alegria em família! A casa nos proporcionou tudo o que prometia! A praia fica bem pertinho mesmo! Guaratuba é uma praia muito bonita!! Tranquila, águas quentes, mar com ondas mas tranquilo e raso. E ainda possui 2 rios dando um charme extra ao local!! Só faltou algumas amendoeiras e chapéus de sol na orla da praia para fazer uma sombrinha natural. E a casa é bem gostosa com uma piscina boa, quartos espaçosos e perto da praia.
