Near new self contained cottage with additional attic accommodation, 10 minutes walk to the cafes and shops in historic Berry. Experience farm life, feed the Clydesdale horses wander amongst the cows and calves, cosy outdoor firepit, internal woodburning fireplace. Expansive rural views over adjacent dairy farms and to Coolangatta Mountain. Bring you bicycle, even bring your horse (we are minutes from Berry Showground). Beaches only 12 minute drive, a great place to relax and use as a base for that week away, a girls weekend, a golfing weekend, or just watch the cattle grazing over the fence.
The access is wheelchair friendly with no steps and perfect for all ages.
