Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!

Location good in city center, However difficult to reach by car. Very narrrow parking 400m from Hotel. Room without door between bathroom and bedroom. Quite worn down. The Hotels.com rating seems to high. The Hotel is good/ok, but not ”fantastic”.

Good location in Bernkastel, but missed the mark.

Don’t take my rankings for this hotel meaning it is bad. But we have been in Germany for over two weeks and have stayed at 6 other hotels, and this was the one that just didn’t meet the same standards. It is in a great area and the room was pretty clean, but they do need a good amount of maintenance. The coat rack fell out of the wall, there was a missing magnifying mirror in the bathroom (just a post coming out of the wall with nothing attached). I was hoping for better for the price and the area. The breakfast was good, but we had dinner at the restaurant and that was mediocre at best. Some of it looked to be a possible short staffed issue.

Fantastiskt trevligt litet hotell! Perfekt läge mitt inne i gamla stan och hotellet ett vackert korsvirkeshus från 1600-talet. En god frukostbuffe’ och restaurang. En otroligt trevlig personal gjorde vistelsen perfekt.

4° séjour et toujours satisfaits.

Quel que soit le prix de la chambre, celle-ci sont toutes confortables, fonctionnelles et très propres. Le personnel est extrêmement professionnel et sympathique en particulier mademoiselle Souad qui parle très bien le Français. Spennende hotell i historisk hus, med rom inspirert a forskjellige eventyrfortellinger. Fellesarealene var dekorert med små figurer og bilder fra eventyrverden. Betjening var vennlig og "serviceminded" hele veien. Eneste "drawback" var at huset ikke er veldig praktisk for mennesker, som har vansker med å gå, siden det (av naturlige årsaker) ikke er heis i bygget. Men til gjengjeld fikk vi godt hjelp av den utmerkede resepsjonisten til å få bagasjen opp på rommet. Utenfor hotellet var det flust med restauranter og masse muligheter til å gå tur - både i sentrum og mellom vingårdene. Vi var formøyde 😍

Ett ljuvligt gammalt sagoslott

Ett underbart litet sagohotell som vi besökte första gången 2021 och som vi nu passade på att åka tillbaka till på vägen från semester i Spanien. Den som har möjlighet att välja rum ska förstås ta ett i den gamla kulturbyggnaden. Vi fick Snövits rum. Helt ljuvligt.

Un compte de fée qui n'usurpe pas ses 4 étoiles

3° Séjour. Toutes les chambres sont décorées sur un thème différent de comptes de fées. Même les chambres standard avec douche sont parfaitement équipées et on une taille supérieure à 20 m². C'est donc très confortable et très propres. les chambres supérieures disposent souvent d'un jacuzzi. Le petit déjeuner est frais et excellent. le personnel est professionnel et très avenant, en particulier la réceptionniste qui parle plusieurs langues dont le Français et est très soucieuse de la satisfaction du client. Notre chambre préférée, Blanche Neige.

Kommer tillbaka!

Vi var glatt överraskade! Hotellpersonalen var hjälpsamma, pratade bra engelska och supertrevliga. Hotellet är gammalt med en gammal stil, därför lite slitet, men det störde oss inte. Hotellrummet var väldigt rent och fräscht, hon som städade vårat rum gjorde allt så ljuvligt fint. Det fanns en bra kaffemaskin på rummet, lite kakor och godis. Så trevligt! Frukosten var också väldigt bra. Vi gillade sagotemat på hotellet, det gjorde upplevelsen lite extra rolig.
