The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers this charming 100 m² house for rent in Bernières-sur-Mer, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 8 travellers. It has a lovely 25 m² living room, a fully equipped kitchen, four bedrooms and four bathrooms. Wifi (fibre optic) included, we're waiting for you!

The accommodation is as follows:
Ground floor:
- 25 m² living room with sofa, armchairs, TV and dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, coffee machine, espresso machine, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bathroom with shower, bath and WC

First floor:
- Bedroom 2: with 1 queen-size bed (160x200)
- Bedroom 3: with 1 double bed (140x190)
- Bedroom 4: with 1 double bed (140x190)
- 3 bathrooms with shower and WC, each adjoining a bedroom

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The house is ideally located in Bernières-sur-Mer, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Charmant logement, 4 chambres Sdb parfaites !! Il est agréable de faire ses courses, aller à la plage et restaurants à pied. Bonne fin de saison à l'équipe.

La Grange de l'Ours "Voluit genieten in een prachtig huis op een mooie locatie. 🙂 Het is een heel mooi zeer recentelijk gerenoveerd huis middenin het oude mooie gedeelte van het dorp. Het dorp heeft een leuke sfeer en het personeel is ontzettend aardig, behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. Naast dat het vlak bij het strand is kun je je brood bij de bakker 300m verderop halen. We hebben zeldzaam genoten van de vakantie hier. Mijn gemeende complimenten! 🙁 Er is niets dat niet beviel."
