At the same time, you’re right in the heart of town, where everything is within easy reach. A private parking space is available exclusively for you right in front of the house. You’ll also find a wallbox there where you can conveniently charge your electric car using your own charging card. A lockable garage is available for bicycles. Start your day with a delicious cup of coffee on the terrace overlooking the garden and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer.To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, the bedroom features a cozy box-spring double bed with hotel-quality bedding. Furthermore, a high-quality sofa bed with an extra sleeping function was selected.In addition, the apartment offers a spacious dining area for up to four people—perfect for shared meals and social evenings. Relax in the living room with its cozy atmosphere, which is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV including Netflix and Internet TV in UHD quality. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies in the best picture quality. A high-quality Weber grill awaits you on the terrace—perfect for relaxed evenings under the open sky. Right next to it, our garden, complete with sun loungers and additional seating, invites you to linger and is open to you at any time.The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and everything else you need to prepare delicious meals. After an eventful day, you can relax wonderfully in the bathroom with its comfortable shower/tub combination. A separate toilet provides even more space. For your comfort, we provide fresh towels as well as all the essentials, such as shower gel and shampoo. In the basement, you’ll also find a private laundry room with a washer and dryer—perfect for conveniently doing your laundry right on-site.
