Look forward to high-quality amenities, lovingly selected details, and a fresh, modern design that invites you to relax and feel at home.The location is perfect for relaxing days at Lake Chiemsee and excursions into the Bavarian mountains—whether on foot or by bike. At the same time, you’re right in the heart of town, where everything is within easy reach. A private parking space is available exclusively for you right in front of the house. You’ll also find a wallbox there, where you can conveniently charge your electric car using your own charging card. A lockable garage is available for bicycles. Start your day with a delicious cup of coffee and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer.To ensure you get a first-class night’s sleep, the bedroom features a cozy box-spring double bed with hotel-quality bedding. Furthermore, a high-quality sofa bed with an extra sleeping function was selected.In addition, the apartment features a dining area that seats up to three people—perfect for shared meals and social evenings. Relax in the living area with its cozy atmosphere, which is equipped with a 55-inch smart TV including Netflix and Internet TV in UHD quality. Enjoy your favorite shows and movies in the best picture quality. The garden is freely available to all our guests. Here you’ll find comfortable seating, sun loungers, and other amenities for relaxation.The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, and everything else you need to prepare delicious meals. After an eventful day, enjoy pure refreshment in the high-quality walk-in shower of our stylish bathroom.For your comfort, we provide fresh towels as well as all the essentials, such as shower gel and shampoo.
