Our apartment in the heart of Bernau and not far from Lake Chiemsee is ideal for everyone who loves it centrally and comfortably. The living room is very spacious and has a high quality, open kitchen and a large window front (floor to ceiling). The living room is adjoined by a spacious, semi-covered terrace from which you have a wonderful view of the surrounding mountain range. 42-inch flat-screen TV and high-speed WiFi connection are mandatory. The kitchen is equipped with high quality appliances, there is an oven, a separate microwave and an induction cooker, a dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer. It is also equipped with a coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The dining area invites you to a cozy get-together. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a 1.80 m wide double bed, the second bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together if necessary. In addition, there is a large wardrobe in the bedrooms. The spacious bathroom with shower also contains a washer-dryer.

Tolle Wohnung mit freundlichem Vermieter. Super großzügig geschnitten. Sehr schöner großer Aufenthaltsraum (Wohn-Ess-Küche) mit riesigem Tisch der mehr als genügend Platz bietet. Toller Balkon. Helle Wohnung die den Eindruck von Erstnutzung vermittelt-sehr hochwertig möbliert und toll ausgestattet. Tiefgaragenstellplatz vorhanden-super! Zwei Kleinigkeiten fielen uns aber auf: Die Couch ist eher nach Design und weniger nach Bequemlichkeit ausgesucht Vorhänge oder Plissees an der großen Fensterfront würden noch mehr Optionen bieten

Super Wohnung in toller Lage

Die Wohnung hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie ist geräumig und top ausgestattet. Auf der großen Terasse kann man das Panorama genießen und sitzt auch bei Regen trocken. Die Lage ist perfekt für Ausflüge in jede Richtung, egal ob in die Berge oder an den See. Und sämtliche Geschäfte und gute Lokale sind zu Fuss erreichbar. Für uns war die Wohnung perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne, moderne und saubere Ferienwohnung. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr zentral in Bernau gelegen, sie ist top ausgestattet und sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Perfekter Standort für viele Ausflüge. Einziges Manko sind die etwas harten Betten, aber bei so einer schönen Ferienwohnung ist das ein geringes Übel und Ansichtssache.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt am Chiemsee

Wir waren sehr begeistert von dieser neuen und äußerst sauberen Unterkunft in der Nähe zum Chiemsee. Dieser ist nach ca 25 min Fußweg oder in 5 min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat einwandfrei funktioniert! Wir können diese Unterkunft ohne Bedenken weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen schönen Kurzurlaub am Chiemsee. Die Ferienwohnung ist Top ausgestattet. Die Betten müssen noch etwas eingeschlafen werden, waren für unseren Geschmack etwas zu hart. Bei allem anderen hat es aber an nichts gefehlt. Wir würden wieder buchen.
