I booked a room for two adults and one child (age 5), fully expecting to be provided with appropriate accommodations for three people. However, upon entering the room, we were shocked to find only a single bed. When I went to reception to correct the mistake, I was informed that it is the hotel's policy not to provide a separate bed for a child of that age. This is completely unacceptable and frankly, a disgraceful policy.
What's even more concerning is the lack of clarity on Expedia's website. The room was advertised without any mention of this policy, leading me to believe we would have a suitable sleeping arrangement for my child. To make matters worse, only two pillows and two towels were provided, which further highlighted the hotel's unpreparedness and lack of attention to basic guest needs. This has been the worst hotel experience I have ever had while traveling.
