This hotel is a hidden gem. Felt new, looked new, and the staff was amazing. They were always so welcoming. AC, fitness room, coffee/tea service, and terrace seating are all a plus. The breakfast area and service were outstanding. Clean beyond the norm. Everything was first-rate!

This hotel is very central to the old town and about 20 minutes walk from the main train station. Very clean and modern with a good selection of food for breakfast. We only stayed for one night but would recommend. It loses one star because the television kept coming on randomly throughout the night and there was no way to access the plug to disconnect it. We also didn’t want to remove the keycard as we needed the aircon on due to the heatwave. Hopefully this has now been resolved for future guests.

Centrally located in Bern, good choice for a visit or business in Bern. A short walk from the train station. The reception staff os very friendly and helpful. The room was compact and in good shape. The breakfast was OK, no options for Gluten Free eaters but oddly many options for Vegan eaters.
