Disliked: Listing accuracy
Hot water boiler broke down halfway through our stay so had to have freezing cold showers for 4 days as apparently it couldn't be fixed until the day after we left. Complained through vrbo customer care but their feedback, in consultation with the owners, was that it was 26C outside so did we really need hot showers and hot water is not listed as an amenity so does not have to be provided????? Really took the edge off our family holiday.
