The front desk has very limited hours, which complicates things like getting wifi access. They also sent an email saying I owed a certain amount upon arrival, but then charged my credit card for the amount without any notification of doing so.

Front desk was closed

I booked the day before my weekend trip. As I arrived, the front desk was closed and there was a phone number that nobody answered. I had to find another place to stay for that night. The next day I managed to reach the hotel. Nobody spoke english, just german. They told me I should have received a code for the door, but I hadn't. I was not refunded for the night. This experience was very disappointing. The apartment itself was good. The double bed was actually two beds put next to each other, which slid apart during the night. They charge extra for cleaning, watch out for that when considering the price. I would not recommend due to the problems of contacting them and checking in.

A 2 minute walk to all the best parts of Brussels . Fantastic place to stay for a few days

You'd better go away...

It is not an hotel, but different appartments in an old residential building that has its own residents. Therefore, there is no reception there. The company withdraw half of the due amount from my bank account 2 months before the arrival date, allthough it was said on the reservation that the cancellation is free until 10 days before arrival. The other half was withrawn 3 days before our arrival. You have to walk at least 7 minutes to get to Amrumer metro station or 10 minutes to Wedding station. Streets are empty and not well lighted by night.

good location and quiet, bad administration

the location is fair, not central but close enough to the metro. The apartment was relatively silent, more than I have seen in general. However, the price indicated in the website was very ambiguous. In fact on the website it looked very cheap as it just included the rental for the apartment. When I booked I had to add 40 EU cleaning fee, plus 7.50 su for the city tax and Wi-Fi was not free either. It is 2eu/day. Furthermore, nobody told me to wash the dishes and take out the garbage so that now I have to pay an extra fine. They left a card saying that in German which I don't speak. However, when withdrawing the money they could make themselves understood in English. So overall beware that the price is double what you see in the website!

Very basic.

Not having Internet access was a real bummer. Not telephone line at all. They did not sent me the access key in advance and when I called them to enquire about it, they were rude. There were papers to be filled out but they did not provide anything to write. The appartment lacks atmosphere

Comfortable apartments needs better booking servic

Nice comfortable clean apartment that was well decorated and good if slightly cramped shower room. About 10 min walk from U band station. Could be improved by there being more guidance about arriving after reception is closed as the lighting is poor round the door key pad unless you have a torch. Also would be helpful to have had a map to apartment as quite a big complex and not easy to find one's way around. It should also get a card reader so you can easily pay by credit card without photocopying details and would be helpful if after taking the deposit for someone's stay they didn't ask for the balance before check in. However overall good value.

Self-contained apartment

This hotel room is actually a self-contained apartment. It was very clean and spacious with separate kitchen and bathroom from a large bedroom area that included a lounge. A little warm in the summer heat. If I was staying in Berlin again I would personally opt for somewhere closer to the sights but being a flat city it is easy to walk.

Appartement très bien situé et endroit très calme. Possibilité de parking très aisée et emplacements vélos prévus Petit hics : - aucune personne sur place pour vous accueillir et expliquer - passage de personnes dans votre appartement durant votre séjour quand vous êtes absents - WIFI non compris dans le prix --> mal expliqué dans la proposition de location - coin à manger cuisine très exigu - salle de bain très étroite et douche très glissante. Une poignée serait judicieuse

Ausgangspunkt für Exkusionen in der Großstadt

Es war sehr angenehm, eine vollständige Küche zur Verfügung zu haben. Die gute Nahverkehrsanbindung ermöglicht und erleichtert Ausflüge in alle Richtungen. Dank der zahlreichen Restaurants unterschiedlicher Art im Umkreis von ca. 250 Metern kann die Küche auch bequem ungenutzt bleiben.

Ich bin an einen Sonntag angekommen und ich wusste es wäre niemand da aber trotzt der Auskünte die mit gegeben wurde, habe ich Schwierikeiten gehabt meine Wohnung zu finden weil am Schüssel konnte man die Nummer der Wohnung nicht lesen: hätte ich nicht iemand getroffen, der auch in dem Haus wohnte, hätte ich es nicht geschafft. Im bezug suf die Wohnung muss ich sagen, dass ich sagen, dass Küche und Schlafzimmer angemessen waren aber dass das Bad unvorstellbar war: die Breite, abgesehen die Dusche war nicht mehr als ein Meter. Man kann sich schon vorstellen wie unangenehmen sein konnte.

Ruhige Lage mit Abstrichen im Hinterhof

Das Apartment (EG)war im Hinterhof, daher sehr ruhig gelegen. Die Ausstattung einfach aber o.k.! Die Sauberkeit war an vielen Stellen nicht gegeben. Die Küchenschränke staubig, das Besteck dreckig und ebenso die Toilette. Da ich ein Patientin im Bundeswehrkrankenhaus ( 20 min Fußweg-super) begleitet habe und nur kurz dort war, habe ich diese Abstriche hingenommen.

miserables Zimmer

Im Zimmer steht ein alter flimmernder Fernsehapparat aus dem letzten Jahrhundet. Internet gibt es ebenfalls keines, oder nur gegen einen Aufpreis. Wer auf die entsprechende Hotline anruft, wird nicht zurückgerufen. Ich kann dieses Zimmer nicht empehlen. Positiv ist jedoch die grösse des Zimmers und die eingebaute Küche.

Det var et fint ophold, værelser var fint. Men for det første var jeg utilfreds med at der blev ved med at stå, at samlet pris ville være 110€ og at prisen reelt blev 155€ i stedet - det er ikke i orden, man skal kunne se den reelle pris når man bosondring godkender betaling - det skal være tydeligt ikke bare noget der står i en lille fodnote. Det var desuden uheldigt at receptionen var lukket da vi kom for vi vidste ikke hvordan vi skulle komme ind på vores værelse. Da jeg ringede sagde debat jeg havde fået tilsendt en mail med oplysninger, det havde jeg bare ikke. Men værelset var fint og lokalområdet var hyggeligt
