The charming building has a rich history with origins dating back to as early as the mid-1800s . The original structure burnt down and was rebuilt in 1918, but it is believed that parts of the early foundation still remain. It has operated as numerous businesses and has seen a handful of owners throughout its life. This newly-restored one bedroom suite on main floor features some original chestnut window trim, hardwood floors, locally-made Amish furniture, and beautiful views of historic downtown Berlin

Home away from home, very cozy, loved the decor. Very convenient to everything you'd want to see in Amish country. The only thing to add is a shower/tub rail for safety. Hopefully we can visit again next year!

We loved staying at the Wurthmann House. It was right next door to our favorite restaurant. We sat out on the porch in the swing and the rocking chairs. The decorations were absolutely beautiful!! We loved all of the "Christian" and country decorations!! It was very clean!! We will definitely stay again!!
