Loved my stay here! Hotel s older but has some old world charm. Room was perfect size for me as a solo traveler. Staff spoke perfect English and check in was a breeze. Great location near transportation and lots of good dining options. Oh, and great room rates!!! Can't wait for my next stay!

This is an economical but agreeable hotel in an excellent position near Konstanzer Strasse. Very good value for money. The management is very friendly. No breakfast offered, but there are several nice cafés nearby.

This hotel, I learned, was a favorite with Russian tourists before the wall fell. The architecture of the building is roch and fascinating. As a hotel, there is a lot to wish for. With proper vision, care, and improvement in key areas, it could really be a gem and still hit an affordable pricepoint. As it is now, it is a cheap place to stay in a great neighborhood and it close to the UBahn station and bus stops. It suited my needs.

The property is excellent in an upper-class location in Berlin. Its rooms are antique-style with great care and restoration. They are enormous and beautiful. It has everything. The living room is beautiful, the refrigerator is spacious and very nice to be in. I recommend it as if it were a high-class hotel, but for a very good price. A giant park just half a block away. Very good in Berlin.

Good sized rooms, comfy bed and very nice hot shower. Rooms were freezing cold, no response from management and the cleaning ladies yelled at us twice. We moved hotels instead of extending it. Very very old hotel with much needed improvements.

it was alright

the rooms were not cleaned very well, the shower had a wrapper of a soap bar on top of it along with half of that soap bar. on top of the closet i found an alcohol can, and behind the safe in the closet there was some flyer with a piece of chocolate attatched to it. the carpets were dirty and the the sheets were not very clean at all. the walls of the bathroom are also covered in mold. the wifi barely works in the rooms and you have to connect to it standing in the lobby, only for it to not even work on the first floor.
