Amazing stay!

This apartment was a great place to stay during my trip to Berlin! Michael was super helpful and responsive, and his apartment is cozy and safe. It is close to the metro (easy walking distance), grocery stores and restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here! Thanks Michael!

Simple but adequate

The flat was clean and pretty quiet. We just needed a place to sleep after exploring Berlin each day and this was perfect. Easy to get to U Bann stations.

Few days in Berlin

Pleasant apartments with view of park and small balcony which was a plus with the hot weather . Adequate kitchen, though fridge badly needs defrosting and was difficult to keep shut. Good shower though tray is slippery and could do with a rubber mat. Apartment is in good position with ready access to U Bahn station.

Light, spacious studio in convenient location

We enjoyed our stay in this clean and comfortable studio. It was possible to walk to a lot of places of interest and we also liked strolling around the local area. We would recommend a stay here!

Everything You Need & Clean

My partner and I stayed here Nov 2023 and had a wonderful time! Everything was simple and easy to understand and our Host Michael was very easy to communicate with and responded quick and promptly. The apartment is the perfect size for a couple and having a kitchen and nice shower is a big plus! Thank you for having us!

Good value and property

Good price value for myself and my daughter, place is small, but was perfect for what we needed; I liked the ease of non-contact check-in. There were issues with the elevator or something that caused loud noises at night, but I assume this was a one time issue and we dealt with it

Die Ferienwohnung entsprach genau der Beschreibung. Sie war sauber, modern und funktionell eingerichtet. Viele Geschäfte, Restaurants und eine U-Bahn-Station sind fußläufig erreichbar. Trotzdem ist es in der Straße recht ruhig. Für uns war auch der Parkplatz in einem gesicherten Innenhof wichtig. Alles in allem: die Unterkunft werden wir uns für zukünftige Berlinbesuche merken!

Tolle Unterkunft und sehr zentral

Das Apartment liegt super zentral und ist sehr gut angebunden an den öffentlichen Nahverkehr. Check-In verlief völlig problemlos und entspannt. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Kann ich nur empfehlen

Kleine Stadtwohnung

Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Unser Auto konnten wir im privaten Parkplatz im Innenhof parken. Die Bahnstation war fussläufig erreichbar, sowie viele Restaurants. Für uns war es perfekt. Lediglich der Föhn fehlte. Aber ansonsten nur zu empfehlen.

Gute Lage, freier Raum

Die Wohnung liegt in der Nähe von Bahnhöfen, guten Gemüsehändlern und Supermärkten sowie zahlreichen Restaurants. Das Zimmer sieht geräumig aus, verfügt über alles was Sie brauchen, ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und verfügt über einen schönen Balkon. Ich bin im nahegelegenen Park laufen gegangen, was schön war. Es ist etwas laut, aber mit Ohrstöpseln kann man gut schlafen.
