The apartment is very nice, Looks to be newly refreshed. Looks as advertised. Short walk to the train station shopping and food nearby easy to catch big bus tours. The only problems there is no air-conditioning on the second floor and it’s on a very busy street never had complete nights sleep, between the bar just below and the emergency vehicles sirens throughout the night. I got very little sleep.

Great place to stay

Comfortable, in a great location, and good facilities. The only drawback is that the rooms facing the courtyard are a little noisy because the courtyard acts like an echo chamber.

Good hotel

The room was good, as well as the location. It was a bit unclean but nothing that was a huge problem. The service was good. The biggest problem for us was that there was no AC, so it got quite hot in the room even with a fan. But overall our stay was good!

The apartments were clean and more spacious than we thought. The location was perfect to explore the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only downside to the apartment was the heat. It was very hot without air con. Luckily the windows could be opened fully

Good apartment with all needed. Located in the center of Berlin so convenient but very noisy. Only a door was separating our apartment to the neighbors, we could hear them very loud - same for the chairs on the floor. Challenging check-in.

First time Germany

It is not a hotel but a serviced appt. The area is very handy to transport as it’s near a main transport hub Alexanderplatz. There is no hotel reception tho to ask questions. Having said this, we managed well via tge great WiFi to sort ourselves and the free laundry is great (BYO detergent).

Good option close to Alex Plz

Easy communication , very automized. Great option if you need to be in the Alex Plz area. I believe the price vs quality for Berlin is close to equlibrium. I was unsatisfied with the first option they gave me, but they managed to change my apt without fuzz and fast. Great !
