A unique 200-square-meter loft for groups right on the river!

Feel as free as only Berlin can make you feel in a 200-square-meter loft apartment!
This light-filled loft is located right on the Spree River and is very spacious with 3.6-meter-high ceilings.
The loft offers plenty of space, featuring a large living area with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms.

A special highlight is the large table that seats up to 16 people and the beautiful view of the river on the south side.

The loft consists of:
1 large 140 m² living area with an open kitchen, a dining area, and plenty of space to relax.
There are also 2 large bedrooms that offer plenty of space, light, and coziness for a quiet retreat.
Another large room serves as a teen and children’s room.
Additionally, there are two separate restrooms with 2 showers.

There’s plenty of space in the loft.

Two tables ranging from 4 to 6 meters in length can seat up to 16 people.

The first bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 loft bed.
The second bedroom is furnished the same way, with 1 double bed and 1 loft bed.
This means these two bedrooms can accommodate 8 people.

The third bedroom would have 8 sleeping spots, which would be more suitable for young people.
The living room would offer an additional 4 sleeping spots on 2 sofa beds.
Thus, the loft would have a maximum of 20 sleeping spots.

Two separate restrooms and two showers ensure ample comfort for large groups.

Upon request, we can provide additional amenities such as a sound system (available for rent) or a refrigerator stocked with beverages upon your arrival.
A grill and a party boat are also available for rent.

The loft apartment is perfect for larger groups, families, or corporate events.

We’re happy to assist with any special requests and will make sure your stay is unforgettable.


You’ll have the loft all to yourselves. You’ll have your own entrance via the stairwell.


The same building houses an artists’ residence that hosts regular house concerts, jam sessions, exhibitions, and much more. This means you have Berlin’s creative scene right on your doorstep. You’re warmly invited to stop by for the events or relax in the evening with a cocktail by the Spree!

We’re a team of 3–5 people who lovingly take care of the loft and our guests.
I’m your host, Alexei, and I’m available to answer any questions you may have throughout your entire stay.
If I’m ever unavailable, my friends and relatives—such as Eliza and Alexander—are nearby.
This means that during your time in our loft, you’ll have someone available around the clock who can be with you in 5 minutes if you need anything.
