The vacation rental is ideally located with a view of the water and is separated from the waterfront only by the riverside promenade. In just a few steps, you can reach the dock for Havel river cruises (Potsdam, Palace Tour, Brandenburg, Caputh, etc.). A beautiful beer garden right on the water, as well as several excellent restaurants, are also within easy reach.

We offer an apartment measuring approximately 50 square meters, featuring a living room with a view of the garden and—when the garden gate is open—a magnificent view of the Havel riverbank. The bright and cozy living room opens onto the dining and kitchen area. There is also a small bedroom with a double bed, which receives natural light through a skylight that opens, as well as a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and shower—also featuring a skylight that opens. In front of the large living room window is a terrace that belongs to the vacation rental. From the terrace, it’s just a few steps to the water.

Storage space for bicycles is available; storage for canoes, inflatable boats, SUPs, or similar items is also available by arrangement.

Werder Station is approximately 2.4 km away; the Regional Express train takes about 10 minutes to Potsdam, 20 minutes to Berlin-Wannsee, and 30 minutes to Berlin Central Station.
