This stay was extremely disappointing from the start. I specifically booked a queen-sized bed, yet upon arrival, I was given a room with twin beds. When I complained, I was told to “try again in 2 hours” as they might change it, but no queen room was ever made available during my stay. At check-out, things got even worse. When I asked for an invoice, the staff member was dismissive and rude from beginning to end. She repeatedly cut me off, acted unprofessionally, and even laughed while telling me she couldn’t help. Overall, the service was careless, unfriendly, and far below what you’d expect. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Conveniently located, close to subway and a short tram ride to the Berlin Central Station. Breakfast had a lot of selections. Would come back to stay here again.

We had a great experience overall. Our room was large, clean, and modern. Although we didn’t opt for the full breakfast since we prefer something light in the morning, we were pleasantly surprised to find a small complimentary breakfast by the pool. It included a fruit salad, additional fresh fruit, cereals, cheese Turkish pastries, and what seemed to be Turkish bagels, a nice touch. The pool and spa were excellent, and the gym was particularly impressive - one of the best hotel pools and gyms we’ve come across, fully equipped and spacious. The only thing we missed was a jacuzzi, which would’ve made the spa area perfect.

The hotel itself was good. Great staff and facilities , incredible gym but had to pay for pool and spa entry. Bar service was great and the restaurant was reasonable. Room was smaller than I thought but clean and modern. We had a courtyard view and it was very quiet. A fair distance from main attractions but public transport system was excellent and within a 5 min walk of the hotel. Easy to get to on tram from main station. Perhaps a 15 min journey. No real complaints at all but would probably find a hotel in a better location. Breakfast was very good and very busy.

Very average 2nd visit

Having had such a good experience last time, I had no hesitation in booking again. Check in was good with a very friendly staff member and I was allocated a "Junior suite" on the 6th floor with a small balcony. Upon arrival I was disappointed with the size and layout of the room. Everything seemed 'crammed in' and the partition wall between bedroom and lounge was just in the way with no significant purpose. As I was only staying there for about 14 hours I let it go though. However, 2 main negatives. There were no curtains but useless roll down blinds, which were so far from the window, that they hardly blocked the light at all. This negatively impacted on my ability to sleep after it got light at about 5am. The 2nd problem was that of hardly any cold water pressure in the bathroom. It was, at best. a trickly, which caused issues in the shower as the hot water was scolding and could only be partially regulated by a small amount of cold water. As such, I was forced to endure a 'trickle shower' so I did not get badly burned. Some of the furniture was also badly marked and, to be honest, I was glad when it was time to leave. I reported both of the major issues to reception but was not impressed by their reaction upon checkout.
