Spacious 140 m² loft - perfect for families & friends!

In a 140-square-meter loft located in a former printing plant with 3.6-meter-high ceilings, you’ll feel as free as you can only in Berlin.
You’ll have the entire loft all to yourself. The loft is located right on the Spree River.

The loft consists of a large living area with an open kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 alcoves, a treehouse-like room, 2 restrooms, and a shower.

There’s plenty of open space, multiple levels, and lots of hidden nooks.

And of course, there’s a swing, too!

The loft features a large, approximately 100 m² living area with a kitchen and plenty of space for relaxing and socializing.
The loft has 2 standard bedrooms, each with two double beds, and 3 single guest beds.
The living area also features two sleeping alcoves (separate spaces without doors) with double beds.
This room also features a loft and a “treehouse,” where there are 3 additional sleeping spots on mattresses.
The living area also includes 2 additional sleeper sofas, which can accommodate another 4–5 people. The maximum number of people who can be accommodated, assuming they can all sleep together, would therefore be 19.

A bathroom with a separate shower room and separate toilet stalls is very convenient for large groups. The two sinks are also separated from the shower and toilet areas, so everyone can share the bathroom without being disturbed.

If you’d like to book an additional bathroom with another shower, toilet, and sink, that would be possible.
This would cost an additional 100 euros.

The accommodations are located right on the river, so you’ll have a beautiful view from the window.

The same building houses an artists’ residence that hosts regular house concerts, jam sessions, exhibitions, and much more. This puts Berlin’s creative scene right on your doorstep. You’re warmly invited to stop by the events or relax in the evening with a cocktail by the Spree!

We’re a team of 3–5 people who lovingly take care of the loft and our guests.
I’m your host, Alexei, and I’m available to answer any questions you may have throughout your stay.
If I’m ever unavailable, my friends and relatives—such as Eliza and Alexander—are nearby.
This means that during your time in our loft, you’ll have someone available around the clock who can be with you in 5 minutes if you need anything.
