Hotel was beautiful! Very clean and well maintained. Great variety of breakfast options. Literally steps away from Checkpoint Charlie and lots of restaurants to choose from. Trans and buses are just around the corner. Would definitely return to this hotel if we ever return to Berlin.

A lovely stay at this hotel. Within easy reach of local transport to to reach all of the main attractions and just round the corner from Checkpoint Charlie. The breakfast was good, and offered sufficient choice for veggies and vegans, with oatmilk available for cerials. Buffet breakfast, with eat as much as you like. Really sets you up for a day of exploring local attractions. I would stay there again if I visit Berlin in the future.

I love this hotel.

The room I originally booked was not the one I booked, but the one I was given had a better view. The staff was amazing. There’s a bar attached to the hotel called Johnny’s. The owner and son were amazing. I wanted to give the a 5 all around, but my complaint was one I know it wasn’t their fault. I couldn’t control the temperature like I wanted. I’m from Texas and we like it cold in the summer. All and all I’ll go back in a heartbeat. Oh forgot to mention that it near Checkpoint Charlie, meaning you’re near everything.

Было все отлично, вот все, что хотите узнать об отеле - отлично. Расположение, обслуживание, чистота, шумозащита, завтрак. Только 2 момента можно записать в пассив отелю, один из котооых очень легко решить, а второй при их желании замаскировать: 1. В стандартный номер добавить чайник хотя б. Такая мелочь, а впечатление улучшит еще больше. 2. Матовое стекло между ванной комнатой и спальней. Ночью если кто-то встал в туалет, то свет бьёт по глазам тому кто продолжает спать.

AC doesn’t work and no cleaning service

They dont clean the rooms ! NOTHING just change the towels AND only if you ask them to. The AC doesnt work it was so hot in the room! The thermometer said 18c but it was actually 28c ! We couldn’t sleep!

Wonderful customer service, room and bathroom were very clean and beds were also super comfortable! Perfect place to come back to after a long day of touristing. We had breakfast one of the mornings and the spread was delicious and constantly topped up :)
