PLEASE NOTE: The stairs are very steep; this apartment is not suitable for people who have difficulty walking. There are small steps inside the apartment, but they are marked with glow-in-the-dark tape that shines even at night.
NOISE: Starting at 9:00 a.m., after-school care children come to the playground across the street a few times a day, so it can get a bit louder for about half an hour during school hours. Traffic noise is barely audible in the apartment or in the garden, as the property features a quiet courtyard and soundproof Velux windows. In the evenings after 10:00 PM, there’s no car traffic in this small village, so you can sleep peacefully with the windows open!
